How Love Works

If you’ve ever been in love, you’ve probably at least considered declaring the feeling as an addiction, And you know what…You are right. As it turns out, studies are saying that the same chemical process that takes place with addiction takes place when we fall in love.

Love can be crazy sometimes, you never know what to expect but once it hit, it can make you or break you. I suggest everyone at least once in their lifetime experience Love and experience it at an all time high. If love comes from appreciating goodness, it shouldn’t need to just happen ― you can make it happen. Love is an active soldier, You can create it only if you focus on the good in another person (and everyone has some). If you can do this easily, you’ll love easily. Remember Love is a choice.

This is an example of how many people approach a relationship. Consciously or unconsciously, they believe love is a feeling kind of like a sensation (based on physical and emotional attraction) that magically, spontaneously generates when Mr. or Miss. Right appears. And just as easily, it can spontaneously degenerate when the magic “just isn’t there” anymore. You fall in love, and you can fall out of it just as quickly. My Grandmother always told me” Start off how you can hold out” and thats a FACT! JACK!

So what is love ―  That real, lasting love like President Obama and the First Lady Michelle?

Love is the attachment that results from deeply appreciating another’s goodness.

Until next time, Take care of yourself and each other
